​We learned about industry terminology that is important to main professional audience and implemented it into the content.
Potential customers of some specific services were not interested in website, still some updates about latest projects could reflect on staff knowledge to strengthen trust in company.

Reduced number of calls and call length to sales center.
Sufficient information and appropriate terminology for service description.
Increased trust in service provider by updated portfolio, customer list and feedback.

Payment type discovery

Explore opportunities to use regular and automated monthly payments for the service. Create prototypes with included new payment type.

Create an engaging web shop for customized bicycle fans. Elaborate on Adobe XD and Photoshop advanced features.

Mood boards, User tests, Adobe XD prototyping, Animations, PS image cutting, color adjustments.

We should be aware what we build in terms of complex interactions keeping in mind cost of implementation. There are sometimes alternative ways of producing UI elements, that can save development costs. Collaboration with developers through design process is essential.
